Annual Gala

Thursday, November 5th 2026 | 5:30 pm

Cascade Room - Mill Valley Community Center 180 Camino Alto, Mill Valley, CA

About The Event

The Gift of Vision is more than a night out—it’s a powerful evening of purpose, generosity, and impact.

This year, we gather at an important moment for the Usher syndrome type 1B community. Research is advancing, new therapeutic approaches are emerging, and there is a growing sense that meaningful treatments may finally be within reach. What began as two parents fighting for their child has grown into a movement of families, researchers, clinicians, and supporters united by a common goal: saving the vision of those living with Usher syndrome. While the science continues to move forward, so does the disease.

Join us for a night of great food, spirited auctions, and inspiring stories as we celebrate the progress being made and the community making it possible. Together, we are helping turn promising science into life-changing treatments for the children and families who are counting on them.
